Hi ! Welcome to Groove Digger (vol 1), a project that has been in the works for about a year and that involves mashing cool funk instrumentals with popular tracks. As the name implies, this required a lot of digging, to come up with an array of interesting funk and funk-adjacent tracks across different areas and genres. In a way, you could say that this mashup album doubles as a mixtape.
